March 2004 Pamala resumed her headhunting career following a sabbatical during which time she became management consultant, restaurant critic, business newspaper editor, NBC TV producer, and developed an export cheesecake business, in the United States. Recruitment is her lifelong passion and her former company relocated to Bequia island, appropriately renamed Caribsearch, Ltd.
In the past, over a 12-year period, Baldwin’s executive search client base was exclusively Fortune Fifty international corporations: Pepsi Int'l (Domestic and international headquarters-based executives at Pepsico, KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut), LaSalle Partners, Marriott Corp, Kelloggs, Titliest Golf, Starwood Hotels, Coors Brewery, Haagen Dazs Int'l, Campbell Soup, Seagrams, Disney, Citicorp, NCR to name a few. Baldwin graduated from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, Philadelphia, & attended Rutgers University, NJ (MBA). Ms Baldwin continues to accept choice journalistic assignments of a travel and tourism nature.
In 2007, the company moved to Saint Lucia and is a registered St. Lucian corporation. MEMBER of the Caribbean Hotel Association, Barbados Hotel & Tourism Assn, Hong Kong Chef’s Assn, SLYC-St Lucia Yacht Club, St Lucia Squash Club, Animal Society, S.L.A.P.S. on St Lucia. Ms Baldwin also holds the press secretary chair for St Lucia’s Chaine des Rotisseurs chapter.
